Mind Movie

Every great motivator insists that in order to achieve your goals, you need to make your goals very specific and find pictures of your goals to look at every day.

 

They recommend a Dream Wall or a Dream Book for you to look at to visualize your getting these things. It could be a picture of a fancy computer or house.  It may be a picture of you thin or another person thin with your head pasted so you can imagine yourself being that thin.  It could be the perfect mate.  How about blank check written out in the amount that you want?

 

This is a great idea, but who has time to stare at a wall or book and try to use their imaginations for any length of time?  I know I don’t.

 

I have found a more effective alternative.  I have created a Mind Movie.

 

I used Microsoft Movie Maker to put pictures and affirmations together in an effective order and then I added some very moving music.  This music really touches deep into my soul and it helps open my mind to new possibilities.  My music might not be your music.  So, find something that really moves you. 

 

My mind movie is a little over 7 minutes long and is stored on my computer and in my cell phone.  I have visions and affirmations that affect everything from my health, to wealth and business success, to my relationship with my husband.  Whenever I can find 7 minutes where ever I am, I watch my movie.  It is very powerful.
